本文旨在探讨CBD空间的五大要素，提出扬州CBD未来的发展方向将集中在京华商城圈、文昌圈。还将形成网络化的多核心、多副中心的商业空间发展模式。该理论的特点有两个方面，一是空间结构由图片和图表由单中心网络向多中心网络转变，二是翻译叠加印记是密集的三维网络。最后针对实体CBD空间的五个构成要素对应，总结出创造扬州CBD空间的叠加印记目标。
