The amplitude of shaking wheel, linear velocity of lifting chain and length of lifting chain were used as test factors, and the rate of potato damage and the effect of clay separation were used as test indexes to conduct interactive tests. The test results show that the length of one-stage lifting chain is 2.9-3.8 m, the one-stage vibrator is 26-46 mm, the speed of one-stage lifting chain is 1.2-1.75 m/s, and the length of two-stage lifting chain is 2-2.5 m. At this time, the rate of damaging potato is the lowest, the rate of damaging potato is 1.2-1.5%, and the separation effect range is 97.3%-97.8%.
