摘要

为了办好2008年的高科技奥运会,中国政府提出了“科技奥运”的概念,并实施了“科技奥运(2008)行动计划”,资助了许多研究项目。如何从众多科研项目中筛选出具有产业化潜力的项目,是技术产业化的一个重要问题。本文提出了一种基于ISM的奥运用电技术产业化潜力评价思路,旨在解决用电质量与可靠性、用电时间与资源有限性之间的矛盾。本文提出的评价方法分为两个步骤:一是根据评价内容选择研究者三角法,实现评价的质量和可靠性;二是通过对评价步骤进行逻辑处理,减少评价时间和资源的消耗。
