摘要

本研究的目的是了解工作环境和动机对SMKS Galuh Rahayu教师工作纪律的影响。本研究使用的方法是个案研究,使用直接通过问卷调查获得的数据,这些问卷调查对象是SMKS Galuh Rahayu的教师。本研究中使用的技术是通径分析。研究结果表明:(1)工作环境对教师的学习动机有显著的正向影响;(2)工作环境对高卢拉哈尤职业学校教师的工作纪律有直接正向影响,但不显著;(3)动机直接对中学教师的工作纪律产生正向显著影响;(4)工作环境通过对教师的激励对教师的工作纪律有正向显著的影响。
