By means of the business process reengineering and intelligent outpatient service method, this paper proposes the optimization goals and countermeasures for the outpatient service process. 摘要

分析了门诊过程中“三长一短”问题的现状,指出了造成“三长一短”问题的深层次原因。通过业务流程再造和智能化门诊方法,提出了门诊流程的优化目标和对策。通过对智能医疗与传统医疗的对比分析,可以得出结论:智能医疗可以大大缩短患者的候诊时间,提高患者的满意度,为医院和医务工作者带来积极的效益。
