摘要

本文揭示了在哈萨克斯坦共和国使用基于项目的管理方法进行中学高年级学生专业定位的挑战。以能力为基础的方法作为一种基本范式已经被确定为在中学的高级(高)阶段成功实施基于项目的管理,这反过来又是劳动力市场形势的决定性因素。提出了高校学生专业导向项目化管理的实施阶段。对项目化管理实施的现状进行了抽样调查。
