The formation of complex heterogeneous communication networks due to the different levels of communication makes the lack of a unified and systematic assessment framework in terms of assessment principles, criteria, methods and evaluation index systems. According to the network performance analysis framework developed by ITU and IETF working groups, this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation method of performance of tactical radio communication network based on Qos performance.
