The camera and bracelet can prevent drowning, and the two parts can be used separately. This method has the characteristics of accurate judgment, fast execution speed, convenient self rescue and other rescue. The insulation treatment and waterproof treatment of this method can ensure the effect of normal operation without water and electricity leakage under the water.
