摘要

本研究的目的是通过对DGT南苏拉威西、西苏拉威西和东南苏拉威西地区办事处的工作满意度来检验和分析财务薪酬对员工绩效的影响。采用问卷调查的方法收集数据,并将数据分为五组。在1701名员工中,有352名员工做出了回应。然后使用结构方程模型(SEM)和SPSS AMOS应用程序对数据进行分析。研究结果表明,财务薪酬对员工绩效没有显著影响,但通过工作满意度间接产生显著影响。
