Applying a genetic algorithm to build a classification tree
In the article a method is proposed to improve the accuracy of classification based on the interpreted model of decision trees by using a genetic algorithm at the stage of tree construction. A General description of the algorithm, features of implementing genetic operations, and results of a computational experiment are presented.
