摘要

飞机结构构件的健康状况直接影响到飞机的飞行安全,因此及时监测结构构件的健康状况十分重要。本文采用声发射技术对飞机结构构件的健康状态进行监测。对飞机结构部件的声发射健康信息进行了分析和处理。设计了基于规则和前向链控制策略的故障推理引擎。采用k均值聚类分析算法对飞机结构构件的健康状态进行监测。实验表明,该方法对飞机结构部件的状态监测具有良好的性能。提出了一种有效的飞机结构部件健康监测方法,也可直接应用于机械设备的其他结构系统。
