摘要

本文为了实现利用闭路电视摄像机或车辆黑匣子监控图像的IP边缘检测算法,设计了预处理步骤,即边缘提取算法。首先,将输入图像转换为R、G、B的输入信号后,将三个输入合并,并转换为灰度。数据和蓝色值的输入彼此分离,并进行相减操作。然后按阈值提取适当的部分,只提取白色,其余部分转换为黑色。采用Matlab编程实现了该算法。通过isis14.3的rtl级仿真验证了这一点。
