The population in this study were all employees totaling 137 people. The Slovin approach is used to calculate a sample of 58 respondents and uses probability sampling as a sample collection method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that work stress negatively affects employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, and leadership style has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction can be increased by paying attention to and stressful work, organizational commitment and leadership style in the organization. PENGARUH STRES KERJA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL, DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN
