The population in this study were all employees totaling 137 people. The Slovin approach is used to calculate a sample of 58 respondents and uses probability sampling as a sample collection method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that work stress negatively affects employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, and leadership style has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction can be increased by paying attention to and stressful work, organizational commitment and leadership style in the organization. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析工作压力、组织承诺和领导风格对员工工作满意度的影响。这项研究的人群都是雇员,总共137人。Slovin方法用于计算58名受访者的样本,并使用概率抽样作为样本收集方法。采用多元线性回归分析技术对数据进行分析。数据分析结果表明,工作压力对员工工作满意度有负向影响,组织承诺对员工工作满意度有正向影响,领导风格对员工工作满意度有正向影响。员工的工作满意度可以通过关注工作压力、组织承诺和组织领导风格来提高。组织期望提高工作压力水平,改善组织承诺和领导风格,在组织中得到应用。关键词:工作压力,组织承诺,领导风格,员工工作满意度。
