Furthermore, using the method of T test, we compare and contrast the data which are from above two schools' students in the body figure (including height and weight), physical quality (including grip and standing long jump) and body function (including step test and vital capacity ). As a result, we obtain that the raised margins of the physique health conditions from military academies stand out from ordinary colleges, and the effects that the physical education teaching methods in military academies have achieved are far better than in ordinary colleges. Comparing ordinary colleges with military academies, we find that the teaching models and teaching systems in ordinary colleges are imperfect, which results in the absence of the pertinence in teaching contents and the absence of effectiveness in the teaching methods. 摘要

本文采用SPSS11.5软件对河北省廊坊市普通高校和军队院校学生体质健康数据进行处理。进一步,我们采用T检验的方法,对上述两所学校学生的身材(包括身高和体重)、身体素质(包括握力和立定跳远)和身体机能(包括步距测试和肺活量)数据进行比较和对比。结果表明,军事院校学生体质健康状况的提高幅度明显高于普通高校,军事院校体育教学方法取得的效果也远远好于普通高校。通过与军队院校的比较,我们发现普通院校的教学模式和教学体系不完善,导致教学内容缺乏针对性,教学方法缺乏有效性。最后,我们给出了一些建议。
