Based on the rigid body transformation and the invariant features, 3D image registration algorithm was applied to find out the transformation between the measurement and the blast furnace. Afterwards, the developed data processing method was employed to determine the quadratic curve representing the surface profiles of the falling materials. 摘要

提出了一种利用激光扫描仪测量高炉落料轨迹的新方法。对中钢高炉在卸料过程中以不同角度从旋转溜槽输送的落料表面轮廓进行了数字化处理。基于刚体变换和不变性特征,采用三维图像配准算法求解测量值与高炉之间的变换。然后,利用所开发的数据处理方法,确定了代表下落材料表面轮廓的二次曲线。因此,对代表原料移动路径的轨迹进行了评估,为防止高炉壁严重磨损以及制定炉料分配策略提供了有价值的信息,以提高生产率和稳定性。
