In order to determine position, GPS receivers needs to know the navigation message which is obtained by demodulating the received signal. Demodulating process requires the local harmonic signal and the received signal to have a phase alignment of relatively high accuracy. In this paper we focus on the digital design of the Signal Tracking Loop of a customized GPS receiver.
