Categories of student learning outcomes with the motivation of students who take tutoring are evaluated from the very low, low, medium, high, and very high categories. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This research was conducted on 98 students from a public elementary school in Pekanbaru. The instruments used to collect data are objective test questions on the material of flat shapes, statistics and angle measurements as well as questionnaires about students' motivation to follow tutoring. The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of students who take tutoring are better than students who do not follow tutoring, and the motivation of students who take tutoring is motivated because students' desire to obtain learning outcomes is increased and better understand the science of mathematics learned. 摘要

本研究的目的是比较小学四年级接受辅导与不接受辅导的学生的学习效果,并找出学生接受辅导的动机。学生学习成果的类别以及接受辅导的学生的动机从非常低、低、中、高和非常高的类别进行评估。本研究采用定量描述方法。本研究以北干巴鲁一所公立小学的98名学生为研究对象。收集数据的工具是平面形状材料、统计学和角度测量的客观试题以及学生跟随辅导动机的问卷。本研究结果表明,接受辅导的学生的学习效果优于未接受辅导的学生,并且接受辅导的学生的动机被激发,因为学生获得学习成果的愿望增加了,更好地理解了所学的数学科学。本研究的含义是,家长需要考虑他们的孩子参加辅导,学校需要思考和设计学习,可以提高学生的学习成果。
