The double degree master's program Electric Vehicles and Energy-Saving Technologies was chosen as an example. The stages of launching a double degree program between partner universities are described on the example of the implementation of the Erasmus + CybPhys project. The algorithm of actions when starting the program into the educational process and the conditions for its implementation are indicated. The problems that arose during the launch of the double degree program are considered and the ways of their solution are described. An example of the development of the course “The structure of hybrid and electric vehicles”, which is part of this program, is presented. The implementation of the double degree program through grant projects opens up additional opportunities. One of these is the opportunity to purchase specific equipment necessary for the educational process.
