Therefore, it is necessary to understand the problems existing in the development of traditional travel agencies, find out the opportunities brought by the era of smart travel, and put forward the development strategies of travel agencies. This paper finds a new way out for travel agencies from the perspectives of big data, Internet of Things and cloud computing technology. 摘要

旅游产业的组织形态和产品形态决定了旅游产业高度依赖信息的产业特征。半个世纪以来,信息技术一直在推动旅游业服务质量和管理能力的不断提高,并始终使旅游业成为前沿信息技术的实践者。因此,有必要了解传统旅行社发展中存在的问题,找出智慧旅游时代带来的机遇,提出旅行社的发展策略。本文从大数据、物联网和云计算技术的角度为旅行社寻找新的出路。结合旅游者的实际需求,提出了旅行社个性化定制、丰富产品主题、重视产品品牌、加强客户关系、提高服务质量等发展策略。
