摘要

中国的成功率较低,主要原因是调查分析过程中需求的可变性和不确定性。需求分析在系统开发过程中起着举足轻重的作用,因此有必要对其进行深入的研究。为了应对快速变化的系统需求,本文基于敏捷项目管理思想,采用增量迭代的方法逐步明确系统需求,在三维模型中用数值量化的方式表示每一个需求的不确定性、不一致性、优先级。该模型便于对每个需求进行分解、细化和细化,有助于开发人员对需求有更全面、更清晰的认识。有利于开发人员更好地了解需求变化趋势,对主要变化原因有较好的控制,有效地提高了系统开发的成功率。
