摘要

为了满足新机型在热处理表面处理方面快速工艺准备的要求,提出了一种基于热处理车间集中批量生产原理的模型数据批量采集方法。通过对CATIA/CAA的二次开发,实现了MBD信息、表面积和预览的批量采集,为热表面加工所需信息的提取提供了一种快速、准确的方法。该方法提高了热处理和表面处理工艺的质量和效率,在飞机制造中具有一定的实用价值。
