Countermeasures of Prevention and Control of Mass Disturbance

The transformation of our society leads to the differentiation of interests, the escalation of conflicts, the frequent occurrence of mass disturbance, which poses an extremely serious threat to social stability. Based on the previous studies, this paper summarizes the basic characteristics and analyses the primary causes of mass disturbance in China in recent years. In view of the three stages of before, during and after the occurrence of mass disturbance, this paper also proposes the prevention and control measures to solve mass disturbance from three dimensions of concept, system and behaviour, which may provide decision-making references for dealing with and responding to relevant mass disturbance.
