It is also a way for employees to participate in management. In this paper, the author takes the hotel staff as the research object, in-depth study of the relevant factors affecting their suggestion behavior. On the basis of references, this paper puts forward research hypotheses, designs a questionnaire, and uses multiple statistical regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. The conclusions are as follows: (1) cognitive style, organizational justice and leadership behavior have a significant positive impact on hotel staff's suggestion behavior. 摘要

合理的建议行为可以激发组织的战略思维,改善工作流程,提高组织内部决策的有效性,预防危机,从而提高组织效率。这也是员工参与管理的一种方式。本文以酒店员工为研究对象,深入研究影响其建议行为的相关因素。本文在查阅文献的基础上,提出研究假设,设计调查问卷,并运用多元统计回归分析对假设进行验证。研究结果表明:(1)认知风格、组织公平感和领导行为对酒店员工建议行为有显著的正向影响。(2)各影响因素对员工建议行为的影响程度依次为领导行为、认知风格、组织公平感和心理契约。
