It is also a way for employees to participate in management. In this paper, the author takes the hotel staff as the research object, in-depth study of the relevant factors affecting their suggestion behavior. On the basis of references, this paper puts forward research hypotheses, designs a questionnaire, and uses multiple statistical regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. The conclusions are as follows: (1) cognitive style, organizational justice and leadership behavior have a significant positive impact on hotel staff's suggestion behavior.
