摘要

消污车的子集繁多,工作流程复杂,控制精度高,处于运动状态,传统的机械搬运液压回路系统无法满足挑战。本文针对消污车液压驱动系统的特点进行了研究。液压驱动控制系统采用电液比例控制技术,以DPS处理器为核心,实现了对车辆净化工作的可靠控制。整车试验表明,控制系统符合设计标准,具有绝对的可靠性。
