Discontinuous methods implemented on the five-level ANPC-CI converter
The five-level Active Neutral Point Clamped Coupled Inductor converter and discontinuous PWM strategies are presented. This paper is focused on the comparison between four control strategies implemented on the five-level converter. Simulation results are given in order to present the advantages and disadvantages of the control methods described.
