The data analysis technique is a qualitative and quantitative analysis developed within the study using EFAS, IFAS, and SWOT analysis.\nFindings – The study found that Indonesia and the Republic Democratic of Timor Leste (RDTL) border area have the potential and opportunity to be developed.
