An efficient throughput averaging method for proportional fair algorithm used in mobile networks
High downlink and uplink speeds are achievable with the aid of LTE. Providing this technology in real life requires scheduling algorithms that will effect the concepts such as throughput and fairness. In this paper some new averaging methods for proportional fair algorithm are proposed.
