摘要

水稻(Oryza sativa L.)是世界上最重要的粮食作物之一,是世界一半以上人口的主食。随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对优质大米的需求越来越大。香稻作为栽培稻的一种,因其香气宜人而受到广大消费者的青睐。随着水稻功能基因组学和测序技术的快速发展,对水稻香气基因的认识取得了很大进展,近年来开发了一系列用于筛选香气基因和选育水稻新品种的功能标记。本文主要综述了芳香基因的遗传基础、基因功能和调控,以及芳香基因功能标记在芳香植物遗传改良和育种中的应用进展。因此,为香芹新品种的培育提供了重要参考。
