In the process of DIC strain measurement, the commonly used gradient method and the local least squares method for displacement field fitting often produce large errors. To reduce the strain measurement error and improve the measurement results, a method of local weighted regression smoothing and moving means smoothing for displacement gradient is proposed to measure strain. The simulated Gaussian speckle is generated by a computer, and the reference image is deformed to verify the effect of these two methods, then compared with the gradient and local least squares methods. 摘要

数字图像相关技术在工程测量中得到了广泛的应用。在DIC应变测量过程中,位移场拟合常用的梯度法和局部最小二乘法往往误差较大。为了减小应变测量误差,改善测量结果,提出了一种局部加权回归平滑和位移梯度移动均值平滑的应变测量方法。利用计算机生成模拟高斯散斑,对参考图像进行变形,验证两种方法的效果,并与梯度法和局部最小二乘法进行比较。结果表明,对位移梯度进行平滑处理得到的应变场去噪效果好,解的精度更高,结果更稳定,误差更小。
