The type of identification parameter is experimentally defined which change is connected with a distribution structure of the seismographic records reading. The computer device was created realizing the seismographic records analysis with the instruments of identification measurements. The method for determination of the earthquake precursors is offered which is based on the consecutive comparison of an identification S-parameter changing as approaching the earthquake moment with some of its threshold value.
