摘要

本研究从量化因素和质量因素两个方面,构建了石化行业设备风险管理的评价模型。手术过程分为三个阶段:1.手术过程;建立初步的指标结构;2 .修改考核指标;建立评估模型。该模型基于五个主要维度,包括财务绩效、后勤支持、服务水平、学习创新和风险控制。它进一步制定了13个战略主题和77个业绩衡量指标。通过问卷调查收集专家意见,初步建立并修订绩效考核指标。利用分析网络过程(ANP)计算各层指标的权重值,构建具有适用价值的评价模型。
