摘要

绿色物流的倡议促进了电动汽车在物流配送领域的应用,也促进了电动汽车路线问题研究的发展。然而,目前对EVRP的研究大多集中在静态EVRP上,而对动态EVRP的研究较少。因此,考虑动态网络的时变特性和电动汽车的特性,建立了车辆成本和交货时间最小的TDEVRP模型。设计了基于传统分组遗传算法的TDEVRP算法,并利用实例对算法进行了分析和验证。

Research of the Time-dependent Electric Vehicle Routing Problem
