The mechanical design of the gripper is introduced and its operation modes are given. The gripper can screw hexagon socket head cap screws, press the button besides grip objects because of its special mechanical structure. The kinematics model of the gripper is built, process planning of screwing and grapping are provided. Screwing forces when the gripper operating different size screws are analyzed.
