Taking a certain type of flange as the simulation processing object, and use the NC program generated in UG CAM to processing simulation in VERICUT. This verifies the correctness of the established model and NC program. 摘要

随着全球知识经济和科技的飞速发展,基于虚拟现实和仿真技术的虚拟制造技术应运而生。虚拟机床作为虚拟制造的执行单元,是实现虚拟制造的关键技术和前提。本文利用UG软件完成三轴数控机床几何模型的构建,并基于UG CAM生成被加工零件的数控加工程序。通过获取实际机床结构,将在UG中建立的几何模型导入到VERICUT中,建立虚拟机床的运动学模型。以某型法兰为仿真加工对象,利用UG CAM中生成的数控程序在VERICUT中进行加工仿真。验证了所建立的模型和数控程序的正确性。通过优化数控加工参数,可以避免实际加工中机床与零件之间的碰撞或干涉。
