摘要

本研究的目的是开发用于数控加工的仿真软件。采用先进的八叉树法对斜坡加工中的切削过程进行可视化分析。基于先进的八叉树算法开发了一个软件,并作为本研究的基础。该算法采用计算机图形学中的超采样技术开发仿真软件,可以有效地提高切削过程的计算和可视化,减少内存浪费和计算时间,获得较高的精度。对斜坡加工中切削过程的仿真结果验证了采用先进的八叉树模型可以克服分解模型的一些局限性,在切削仿真中获得较高的精度和较快的计算时间。

Development of a Software for Effective Cutting Simulation using Advanced Octree Algorithm
