摘要

住院计划管理对维持或提高医疗服务质量具有重要意义。临床路径的应用已被提出作为管理的重要解决方案之一。本研究利用医院信息系统中保存的护理医嘱历史数据，提出了一种面向数据的临床路径维护与构建方法。以某医院信息系统数据为例，对该方法进行了评价。结果表明，存储数据的重用将为护理计划管理提供有力的工具，从而提高医院的服务水平。
