摘要

多电平变换器和逆变器是分布式能源系统和工业电机驱动的新兴功率转换技术。单相逆变器广泛应用于单机系统和微电网。多电平逆变器面临的主要问题是需要的开关数量多,导致开关损耗大。提出了一种新型的太阳能多电平直流简化逆变器,该逆变器可以用较少的开关数实现单相多电平输出。本文利用Matlab/Simulink软件对所提出的拓扑结构的可行性进行了验证。得到的9电平输出电压谐波含量较低,开关损耗也较低。
