摘要

随着现代汽车制造能力的增强,生产时间随着汽车产量的增长而缩短,产品配置随着定制化需求的增加而更加多样化,传统的数据采集方法和制造资源识别方法已不能满足制造执行系统(MES)在作业车间调度、在制品跟踪、过程控制快速响应等方面的需求。射频识别(Radio Frequency identification, RFID)作为一种自动识别技术,由于其具有自动识别、远距离读取、非视距等特点,可以应用于企业应用系统中产品/部件的物理流与信息流之间的桥梁。基于这一特点,本文设计了一个汽车生产实时MES (RT-MES)系统,并结合江淮汽车的实际情况成功实现了该系统。
