This paper proposes and evaluates two techniques that are able to identify and quantify such dependencies, and uses them to estimate the vehicular communications performance exploiting context information. The techniques proposed have been evaluated using real-world traces from a Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I) IEEE 802.11p measurement campaign.
