In order to comprehensively analyze the research dynamics and development trends of facial diagnosis, a bibliometric analysis was conducted on 532 papers in the field of facial diagnosis from 1992 to 2021 in Web of Science. On the basis of the scientometrics theory, a series of knowledge mapping studies such as co-citation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out by using the visual analysis software CiteSpace to analyze and obtain the latest trends of facial diagnosis technology, such as publication, scientific research cooperation, research hotpots and frontier trends.
