Web-ticker: an adaptable news-based information retrieval tool for Web navigator

We propose a retrieval model for news-based information contents over the WWW. We have integrated Web-tickers with a navigation browser. It works as an adaptable dynamic information retrieval tool embedded with the browser for Web navigation.
