摘要

本文首先运用层次分析法构建科学素质评价模型,对74个被调查单位行政干部的科学素质进行了排名;然后,采用聚类分析方法,结合排序情况,科学质量较好。提出了基于在线+离线的灰色定权聚类评价方法,构建了评价模型和评价方法,并给出了应用实例。通过合理确定评价指标中的权重,可以更好地将定性分析和定量分析结合起来,在一定程度上克服了仅定性教学质量评价工作的主观随意性,提高了7.9%。
