AN EXPLORATORY STUDY FOR THE CATALOGING OF AGILE PRACTICES IN THE CONTEXT OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT: A FOCUS ON THE AGILE ALLIANCE

: Over the years software engineering specialists realized that the traditional development models no longer supported the constant changes in the projects requested either by the customers, or by external factors, for example, the change of technologies and Law Suit. Therefore, given these facts, they decided to form an alliance called Agile Alliance, and launched the agile manifesto with its values and principles, where the main focus was the interaction between people, working products, collaboration with customers and quick responses to changes. After the release of the manifest, numerous agile practices were suggested in order to improve the software development process, making them faster and more efficient, reducing the waiting time between the release of increments and adding more value to the final product, increasing customer satisfaction. customers. In this article, a catalog of the main agile practices is presented, listed by the Agile Alliance organization, in the agile subway map, the main objective of cataloging is to provide a collection of practices that can be used in different software development projects, in addition to informing its main features and benefits and propose a model of how to use a particular practice. A bibliographic research was carried out, in order to find studies in the literature that speak of the approached practice, in this way it is possible to suggest the complement of the studies from the works also cataloged along with the agile practices.
