Influence of magnetization curve on the force generated in axial active magnetic bearing
The article presents force calculations in axial active magnetic bearing using FEMM software. At first the two dimensional model was built. Then, using two different magnetic materials with nonlinear magnetization curves, the magnetic field distribution was calculated and reluctance force was estimated.
