The purpose of this research is to find out what crimes are resolved through customary law ( reasoning mediation) and how the process of resolving criminal acts trough the mechanism of customary law in the people of Tanjung Alai Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar village. 摘要
廖内省仍适用习惯法解决刑事案件的地区之一是Tanjung Alai Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar村，其中涉及到ninik mamak作为调解人的作用。本研究的目的是了解在Tanjung Alai Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar村的居民中，什么罪行是通过习惯法(推理调解)解决的，以及如何通过习惯法机制解决犯罪行为的过程。预期这项研究的结果将为执法人员提供解决办法，以克服刑事司法分系统无法解决的大量案件和印度尼西亚各地现有监狱容量过大的问题
