This paper discusses contemporary scheduling strategy of member search engine and agent technology, and puts forward a new scheduling strategy: scheduling strategy based on the collaboration of agents. Because all the agents can communicate with each other, expertness of member search engine can be learned and userpsilas feedback will be used to supervise the next search. Then the scheduling strategy not only improves the search quality but also makes the search quality more personalized. And the paper also designs and carries out the scheduling model.
