The citation rate of the paper is 86.7%, the average number of citations is 7.63 times, the H-index index is 22, and there are 27 keywords with a frequency of 5 times; Conculsion: High-level universities pay more attention to medical education research, publish a large number of papers and form multiple research teams; medical education research covers a wide range, high simulation simulation, teaching evaluation and feedback, pediatric residency training, transition care skills. are hot topics of research; the content of medical education research is constantly evolving. Undergraduate medical education is the most central frontier field. 摘要

目的:了解国际医学教育研究的发展历程、热点和趋势,为今后医学教育研究提供参考;方法:检索2010 - 2019年《医学教育在线》发表的学术论文,运用文献计量学和科学知识图论对论文进行统计分析;结果:共纳入论文412篇,每年发表论文数在18 ~ 75篇之间。加州大学发表论文数量最多的机构,形成了多名核心作者组成的团队。论文被引率为86.7%,平均被引次数为7.63次,H-index指数为22,关键词出现频率为5次的有27个;结论:高水平大学更加重视医学教育研究,发表了大量论文,组建了多个研究团队;医学教育研究涵盖范围广,模拟模拟高,教学评价与反馈,儿科住院医师培训,过渡护理技能。都是研究热点;医学教育研究的内容在不断发展。本科医学教育是最核心的前沿领域。专业素养、规范化患者、在线教育、学习成绩和教育连续性也是重要的前沿领域
