Several researches have been carried out to improve the performance of cloud computing but still there are various issues are unaddressed such as load-balancing, resource allocation, VM migration and energy efficient task scheduling etc. In this article, we have reviewed recent techniques of load-balancing, and resource allocation and discussed about their advantages and drawbacks.
