Social changes are then dealt with and the circumstances that arise via interaction between the three ideas are articulated in the framework of education, which has a link with technology. The ideas of distant education and e-learning that have been developed are described and the capabilities and impacts of social networking and social media -this links the virtual and real world through Web 2.0- are taken into account on individuals and society.
