摘要

以环氧树脂(EP)和聚氨酯(PU)为聚合物基体,短切玄武岩纤维(BF)为增强剂,制备了BF/EP-PU复合材料。研究了不同掺量的短切高炉对BF/EP-PU复合材料性能的影响。SEM照片结果表明,BF与聚合物基体形成的连接和切割BF对BF/EP-PU复合材料起补强作用。当玄武岩纤维掺量为3wt%时,复合材料的力学性能得到了发展,抗剪强度达到18.5MPa,击穿场为16.6kV/mm。
